Bad thing, good thing.
Bad thing: Comedy Central's pseudopolitical abortion, Li'l Bush. Now, no man in his right mind is surprised by the fact that a show about the third-grader George W. Bush is terrible... the politics are painted in uselessly huge strokes, and all the jokes are either going on eight years old, or are the sort of old, old, pathetically old standards that are acceptable filler for a chuckle only when in between -good- jokes, or are... absurdist, bordering on dada. I was unprepared for the incredibly low-quality animation, though. Animation is repeated constantly, which is distracting enough when it's just simple motions that fit what's going on, but unforgivable when it's Bush having a ridiculous little spasm for no god-damn reason while talking. It's classic trainwreck television... it makes me sad. I knew it would too, but... well... sometimes you just have to push the shiny red button.
Good thing: dude at the Smokehouse Grill gave me half off my lunch 'cause I brought so many people to him. Woo!
