On the book front, I have successfully navigated my way out of a plot hole that has been needling me for quite a while. Note to aspiring authors: making one of your characters omnipotent, while it may seem like a good idea at the time, has a tendancy to screw with the unfolding of an entertaining conflict. This may be why the bible is never on the New York Times top twenty bestsellers list... but it actually isn't. To think such a thing would be silliness. Straight up silliness.

And I don't go for that kind of thing.
