Harold and Kumar go to White Castle.
Yep, I've seen it. No robot review up yet, because I'm feeling pretty lazy, but I'm sure it'll be extant along with a couple book reviews and some TV series reviews soon enough. Say, this time next week? Like, five/six reviews? And then maybe we'll have some coffee, back at my place? Excellent. Anyway, H&K: funny stuff. No, it'll never replace 'Dude, Where's my Car?' in that special place in my heart, but there's something magical about 'road trip' movies, with the iron exception being 'Road Trip', which isn't special at all, and was just one more Tom Green enabler. But besides that, road trip movies are always great. Think of it!
- 'Blues Brothers'.
- 'Thelma and Louise'.
- 'It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World'.
- The first third of 'Dumb and Dumber'.
- Um, 'Battlestar Galactica'.
- ... 'Sparticus'?
Yep, classics, all of them. Get two or more folks in a car and bolt a camera to the hood, and magic happens.
