The call of the WriMo.

Well, it's midway through the October, and the NaNoWriMo officials are making themselves known. November is just around the corner, they say, and it's time to get ready to write another novel.

Do I dare? I'm batting 1 for 2 vis-a-vis winning the WriMo, but this year I've got full-time classes and part time work standing in the way of my sucessfully writing fifty thousand words in a month. Do I decide to forgo sleep and any sort of personal life (not that I have any sort of personal life, but I might acquire one in the near future) in order to write another book?

Short answer, yes. Right now, among my circle of friends, I'm winning. I dare not lose this lead.

Besides, there are tales that need to be told. Piraty tales.

It's October twelfth, I've figured out my main characters, and I have nineteen days to come up with a Plot: wish me luck, people. Boldly I charge once again into battle!
