Daylight Savings Time!

Is over!

Set your clocks back to the proper time. The tyranny of the summer sun hath ended at last! No longer must we get up at 11:30 in the morning, vainly convincing ourselves that we've slept in until the afternoon! No longer do our Five O'Clock marigolds bloom at four o'clock, making a mockery of all that is good and just. No longer do we stay up playing cards until the clock says two, wishing, hoping, praying to find the strength to stay up until three. No, ladies and gentlemen, we are already there! Benjamin Franklin's cold, dead claws may rake us across the face every second of every day in the summer, but now! Now is out time to be free!

The moral of the story is that, since I had already set my watch back an hour, I was positive I had a whole extra hour with which to churn out a post, when, in fact, it was crawling past midnight. Or was it? It was. Oy!
