I know!

It's been a while! But I'm writing a novel, so all my extra writing circuits get put into that. Listen, I know I'm an ass, though, so I can talk about writing, and maybe that'll make it all better.

Writing a novel is difficult and exciting, because, as cheesy as it sounds, character's literally start doing things that you didn't expect them to do. Like, they suddenly kiss. Or, minor characters totally open fire on the heroes. Benevolent alien civilizations suddenly undergo religious reformations that result in them fixing the mistake of helping humans colonize the galaxy by obliterating all the colonies. Crazy stuff occurs!

And stuff doesn't occur! I'm on chapter five, and the titular ship still hasn't shown up! It's mad! Mad I say!

Man, I'll post y'all an excerpt sometime soon. That'll make it all worthwhile.
