Update delay not my fault.

Rather, the fault of New York City and the stupid, broken system of streets, highways, and drivers therein. Like much of life, a bad idea, poorly implemented. Or rather, an adiquate idea, well implimented, for another context altogether (horses), patched up and retrofitted to service the developing technologies that made it's given purpose obsolete. It would be more profitable in the long term to remove the given street set-up altogether and start from scratch with something ideally suited for the cars of today, however this is a term longer than most countries have existed, and by the time the work is done, it will be obsolete. So we as a people make do, as we always have made done. Pragmatism it beautiful in that tragic way.
