A sonnet.

For that play I'm in, I'm required to write myself a bio, for the playbill. And I did. And because I'm awesome, I did it as a sonnet. And if you're good, I may let you see the 'Call of Cthulhu'-based bio I did. But for now: poetry!

Ed’s in his second year at college, but
Is in no rush to pick a major yet.
He’s from Chicago, Illinois and what
He’s doing here is anybody’s bet.
Of his great talent you should be aware,
For Ed was in three other plays ‘round here:
A Winter’s Tale in which he played a bear,
Chekov’s Three Sisters and My Favorite Year.
You might just catch a glimpse of him today,
He plays the great detective, Ben, by far
The largest part there is in this here play.
(A fancy way of saying he’s the star)
He’ll try to not let it go to his head,
But man! Ain’t no one quite as great as Ed!
