Jose and el Pussycats.

Today is the twentieth birthday of my friend, Jose Lopez; or, in his native tongue: Hoy es el vigésimo cumpleaños de mi amigo, Bob Smith.

Happy Birthday, Hoge! Of course, I spent most of the boy's day cooped up inside my room, finishing that damned ad journal (which isn't even the Big advertising project... gads, procrastination is dumb), but I managed to gift the boy, even if I did miss out on an ice cream cake that instructed the eater to 'Give Pedro the Business'. Um. It's sort of an inside joke, except I'm not sure if anybody is actually on the inside of this one. As far as I can tell, no one knows what it means, except maybe Pedro, and as far as I can tell, there is no Pedro. And not like a 'there is no spoon' where there is clearly a spoon, there's just no damned Pedro to be found, anywhere!
